You have complete access to everything on 1st and 2nd floor to the room that you have booked, along with access to all porches. The 3rd floor is my private residence please respect my privacy.

Payment for your accomodation is to be made at the time of booking  unless other arrangements have been made. I accept credit, Venmo and check.

If you need to cancel your stay you can get a full refund if its 30 days prior to stay.  Half if 2 weeks prior and non refundable 13 days prior to stay.

There is absolutly NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOME.  Ashtrays are provided on front and back porch. Do not dispose of cigertte butts on propery.  If you smoke in the home you will be asked to leave and charge $500. cleaning fee. Thank You for your cooperation.
